Terms and Conditions

ClickBoard Plus is a browser extension developed by PixelApp. By installing or using our extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use ClickBoard Plus strictly in accordance with these terms. You may use the extension for both personal and commercial purposes, provided such use is lawful.

• You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the extension.
• You may not redistribute or sell the extension as your own product.
• You must comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, your clipboard data is stored locally on your machine. We do not transmit your clipboard history to our servers. Any optional synchronization features (like Google Drive Sync) are initiated and managed by you. PixelApp does not have access to your private data.

The Extension, including all code, designs, and intellectual property, is owned by PixelApp. Your use of the extension does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

ClickBoard Plus is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PixelApp does not warrant that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In no event shall PixelApp be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data or loss of profit) arising out of the use or inability to use ClickBoard Plus.
